The Sparrow and the Wolf.

It's a song. A magical, meaningful, brilliant song. I heard it first on my great friend Sarah's video, showing her time in Italy. It's wonderful as well.

You know when you hear songs and you can just feel the music? It's weird. Maybe it only happens to music people. I cannot explain it. I'm a daydreamer, always have been and I hope I always will be. And that is exactly what this song does to me. It allows me to escape the Auburn bubble and find myself on the streets of Paris, wandering around the Pont des Arts and sipping on a cafe au lait.

The thing is, I'm not there. I'm here. And I'm learning to be content with that.

Too heavy? Maybe. Post about a FANTASTIC dinner at the Yellow Hammer Restaurant coming soon. It won't be as weird as this post, I promise.

P.S. In case you're intrigued..

Trips, a TV Series and Timesheets, Collectively.

HELLLOOOOO!

I have been quite the busy bee since I last posted. Here's a list of what's been happening lately.
1. I went to this place for a few days:
It was the first time I've ever been to a beach that wasn't on the gulf, and let me just say that it was FANTASTIC. Y'all. The Atlantic Ocean is where it's at. For real.

2. I came BACK to this place:
I realized I had missed Auburn more than I had realized! So far it's been great. I've started work but I'm still not taking classes yet.

3. Because I want to accomplish some items on my list, Camilla and I made a trip to Hastings to get Boy Meets World.

Guess what, folks? They didn't have it. Dumb. But they did have a plethora of show to choose from. Camilla and I were confused about which show to choose so naturally we rented the first discs of five different tv shows.

Out of Lost, Big Love, The Wire, Parks and Recreation, and Mad Men, guess which one we chose?
Mad Men. Let's just say it was an easy choice. It's set in the 50's and about advertising executives on Madison Avenue in New York. It's different from other shows I've watched and I like it!

So I've chosen a tv series to watch. Does that mean I can mark it off the list yet? I'm getting antsy.
